The American Legion Auxiliary is committed to Education!
The Dewey Lowman Auxiliary 109 is pleased to offer our annual $1000 scholarship to a qualified high school senior who is a child, grandchild, or great-grandchild of a paid member of the Dewey Lowman American Legion Family. This includes direct, adopted, and stepchildren. The applicant should ideally be a Junior Member of the Dewey Lowman Auxiliary Unit 109 or Post 109 Sons of the American Legion Squadron.

The application, with all requested materials, must be received by the close of business on Wednesday, April 5, 2023.
Scholarship funds are paid directly to the accredited college or accredited trade/vocational school to which the awardee has committed to attending.
It’s not too early to begin planning – we welcome a hearty response in 2022!
